I love living at the Flats! The staff is incredibly friendly, they take the time to learn about each and every resident. Anytime I have had a maintenance issue (which is few and far between) they take care of it immediately.

I've lived here for 2 months and couldn't be happier. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The amenities are great, especially the underground parking and the dog run. My building is fairly quiet; I rarely hear other people. The apartments have a lot of storage and the layout is nice with some of the best, high end finishes I've seen in Lincoln apartments. Glad I chose to live here!

My wife and I explored multiple options before choosing to live at The Flats. This is one of the best decisions we have ever made. The staff is awesome from the clubhouse staff to the maintenance. Maintenance respond immediately to any minor issues and resolve them rapidly. The complex is amazing and the clubhouse is gorgeous.
